Topsfield Driving School is family owned and operated and has been serving the North Shore for over sixty years. Our founding father Max started teaching Driver's Education back in 1952 in Salem, Marblehead and Beverly. His son Marty took over in 1984 and expanded the school into Hamilton, Wenham, Ipswich, Boxford, Topsfield, Middleton, and Georgetown. Marty is still actively teaching along side his wife Susan, his daughter Jessica, and sons Jake and Josh.
Teaching your children how to drive safely requires a wealth of knowledge and expertise. When it comes to teaching all aspects of driver safety, experience matters. It is our goal to teach each student how to become safe confident drivers by catering to their individual learning style and needs. Our classes are fun and interactive, with an emphasis on teaching the rules of the road as well as the regulations pertaining to the Massachusetts Junior Operator's License. Our classroom curriculum is geared toward preparing our students to successfully pass their learner's permit test. We focus on peer pressure and the decision making process, and the importance of making the right choices. Our students are well prepared and ready to take their road test exam, and we are happy to report that we have an 98% pass rate.
