As of September 1, 2007, new Massachusetts legislation now requires a parent/guardian of a Junior Operator to attend a two hour information seminar.

Attendance sign-in is required, and a Certificate of Completion will be issued to each attendee upon completion of the seminar. The Certificates of Completion are valid for five years.

There is a $5.00 Dollar Charge for the parents information class. please make checks payable to the American Diabetes Foundation. Thank you for your support

Seminars will be typically held one Wednesday of each month from 6-8 in the evening.
